About

One tenancy. One shared record.

Domus exists because residential tenancies are managed with significantly less rigour than the financial value they represent. A single tenancy can move tens of thousands of euros over its lifetime, and yet the record of that activity is often scattered across paper, messaging apps and personal memory, held separately by each side.

Domus is a shared tenancy record platform for landlords and tenants. Landlords pay for Domus and initiate each tenancy. Tenants are invited into a free view. Both parties can submit, review and confirm the moments that matter: rent, utilities, deposits, documents, keys, entry and exit reports and maintenance.

Domus does not mediate disputes, give legal advice or guarantee outcomes. It records what each party submits, confirms or disputes. The platform provides a structured record, but does not act as a mediator, legal adviser or dispute resolution service.

Long term, Domus aims to evolve into a trusted rental network: verified tenancy histories that follow tenants and properties, supporting better decisions for everyone involved. The trusted rental network comes later. The clear tenancy record comes first.
